Trial Session Limit Policy

The Whole Living Trial Session is limited to one purchase per person every 6 months. It is a standalone, one-time session and cannot be applied toward, combined with, or credited to any bundle purchase. By purchasing the Trial Session, you confirm this is your first trial purchase within the past 6 months.

No Refund Policy

All payments are final. Whole Living by CK Harris does not offer refunds for any purchased sessions, bundles, or evaluations, regardless of circumstance. Please ensure you are ready to commit before completing your purchase.

Cancellation & Missed Session Policy

A minimum of 24 hours' advance notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session. Any session missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be counted as a completed session and deducted from your bundle. No exceptions.

6-Month Session Expiration

All purchased sessions must be used within 6 months of the purchase date to receive maximum benefit from therapy services. Sessions not used within this window will expire and are non-refundable. Consistent attendance is strongly encouraged for optimal outcomes.
