Services are available to adults physically located in North Carolina during each visit.
Individual OT requires an evaluation and plan of care. The four-week wellness series is general education and requires neither.
Visit 6 includes a progress review. Re-evaluation is required by 6 months or 18 visits, whichever comes first, and sooner when indicated. This does not apply to wellness.
Whole Living is private pay. Stripe processes payments. Eligible HSA/FSA cards may work; superbills may be available on request.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions missed without notice are forfeited. Full details are in our policies, which you'll review before booking.
